R-30iB+, v9.3. New out of the crate from Fanuc.
The robot came with "bare" HandlingTool, and a USB stick for the Personality Load. I carried out the PL as per the Fanuc checklist, which ended with re-entering the Mastering Counts from the Fanuc Inspection Data Sheet that came with the robot into the $DMR_GRP.$MASTER_COUN variables, followed by setting $MASTER_DONE to True then using Master/Cal, Calibrate, Yes.
This cleared all the error messages, but when I tried jogging the robot from Shipping position to an all-joints-zero position, J2 and J3 are 10-20deg away from the vernier marks.
I've double-checked the $MASTER_COUN values, and they're all correct. I'm not sure what's wrong, as there was no battery issue, and no hardware has been changed. The $REF_COUNT values are all 0, and I found at least one reference that seemed to suggest those should be set to the same values as the $MASTER_COUN: $DMR_GRP[1].$REF_COUNT
