Hi everyone,
I'm having some trouble with my KR6 AGILUS robot,
and I was hoping to get some advice from the community here.
Here's a rundown of what's been going on:
I've been having problems powering on the robot . When I power it on I received the following message on the teach pendant: "kuka emergency stop inoperative."
I did some research online and tried disconnecting an external monitor and/or the teach pendant to see if that would help, but unfortunately, it did not.
I reached out to KUKA customer support, and they suggested that I check the data cable connections for the KUKA Control Bus (KCB) and the KUKA System Bus (KSB) between the KUKA PC and the CCU board. I opened up the KRC4 compact and tried to disconnect the connectors that were mentioned, but they were locked and I wasn't sure how to remove them without damaging the locking mechanism. I did play around with them a bit, but it didn't seem like there was any disconnection issue there.
After powering back on the controller, I received a message that said "Waiting for Cyclic Connection." This is a message I got previously as well when I disconnected the external monitor.
I'm not sure what else to do at this point, and I'm hoping that someone here might have some ideas on what could be causing this issue and how to resolve it. I appreciate any help or suggestions that you all can offer.
Thanks in advance!
P.S
I do have a recovery stick which I am saving as a last resort.
