Is there a way to load an AOA backup into a robot in roboguide that is already created? I have been able to load a backup when creating a new robot but i want to be able to update program changes to use in roboguide without having to redo a new robot every time. any help with this is appreciated. thank you

Do it like on a real robot. You can use the virtual TP in roboguide to load the backup.
Locate the folder where your project is stored, there is a folder /UD1 somewhere under that folder.
Put your backup into that folder, and you will see it in the virtual TP with the menu topic 'File'.

In the Cell Browser, right click the robot, click properties, Serialize Robot, create a robot from a file backup.

Serialize Robot is the "easiest way do go.
Right click the robot arm icon not the controller icon
I always go this way. And if errors occur i use the "classic" way hermann wrote.
