you already stated that. in fact that is pretty much all that was revealed. after 20 posts one still cannot tell if SIB is still in the box, if it is connected to anything, to what extent WoV project is modified, if and what options are installed, if they are integrated into WoV, if X11 is connected to anything, if safety configuration is activated etc.

we have just installed the x11 hardware and wired the plug for our KRC4 controller. We need help on the software side. I have attached an image showing the codes we are getting. The controller had a safety plc in it before we bought it and it seems like it is still looking for it. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
This was my first post stating all the hardware has been installed.

except you are asking other people for advice when they are left with not enough info and can only guess. you are the only one knowing what you mean by "all hardware" and "installed". the fact is that something is not right but you don't seem to be eager to find out what exactly. you just want someone else to tell you magic thing that will make it work and solve the problem... somehow... by guessing what you may have there and what you have done so far.
and since you are allergic to reading instructions or stating details, i can only assume that installation went something like this:
actually there is a difference. the mentioned ceiling fan may look ugly and fall down sooner or later but ... until it drops - it can function.
lets see:
deactivate CIP Safety - never confirmed
deploy project and activate safety configuration - stated few times and never confirmed
add SION-CIB into configuration - never confirmed
asked to state what was connected and how - never confirmed
asked to state what was modified in WoV project - never confirmed
asked what software versions you use - never confirmed
asked if WorkVisual is configured correctly (integrated options) - never confirmed.
it is apparent that you really do not want to share. i respect that and choose to do the same. so my advice at this point is to arrange for KUKA service tech to visit your facility and make things work.
