    Hello,

We bought a complete spare JZNC-NIF-02B-2 card with JANCD-NIO02B for an EPX2900/NX100 robot. When we replace the card we have interlock problem ("Air purging" error).

The replaced card has similar order code with original card exept that the original card revision is C and the spare revision card is D. The robot controller detects this card as NIO01-02 instead of NIO02-02 and we can't change it.

Any experience in replacing this card? Please help me.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Refer to TSGIR answer to my question, now the question is how can adjust PNP and NPN of the IO card? Is there any DIP switch setting?

    Hi,

No there aren't, each card have a default type, the card can be NPN or PNP and it couldn't adjust the type by any DIP switch or other ways.

    Hi,

It means we should buy and replace another card?

If you have the wrong card (NPN when you need PNP) you can add relays to your outputs and inputs to change the polarity.
