Did you try to use the Function button and cold start it?

Find the FCTN key on the top right side of pendant and when your press it, a menu should pop up and have an option for START (COLD)

WILL THAT HURT ANYTHING I DID THAT BUT GAVE A ME A WIERD MESSAGE

what is the servo-62 bzal. Mean here is what it looks like after I did what you said
-
It means your encoder batteries are dead.
Bzal = battery zero alarm
Now you must replace batteries and remaster the robot.
-
well. I changed all the batteries two weeks ago. I do have a message to take it safe home I might have to do a mast/cal will that remove the alarm ?
-
Make sure you did it right. Then reset pca and remaster.

okay thanks will work on it Monday morning thanks again..

If you changed the batteries with the controller power off, that could be the cause of the BZAL if it alarmed on all 6 axes. Always change Fanuc robot batteries with the power on. If the BZAL is only on 1 axis, then there may be another cause such as intermittent wire, bad Pulsecoder, someone unplugged cable to the Pulsecoder, etc.
If you search the forum for "BZAL", you will find many examples on how to reset the alarm, mastering, and troubleshooting the alarm.

hi. Scooter. I did have the robot on when changing the batteries . Also. I had to change batteries in. Another robot fanuc. And the alarm bzal was still there on that one then ken the robot tech said it was missing the master/ cal. He showed me to re enter it and then the alarm went off but still had to be calibrated. .
Probably need to do ot to this one what woyld be the procedure to master calibrate it ? Thanks
-
It depends on which axis/axes need calibration. Which axes have lost calibration?

won't kbow till. Monday but will let you know ..
