Iv seen so many posts on here that are either asking for software or manuals (that are freely available on kuka website), or just questions that could be answered by Kuka with people who specialise in those tech packs etc
What is the reason behind the reluctance to contact KUKA or accessory suppliers directly?
KUKA have an entire department of technical support people who's job is to answer questions regarding their product and have specialists in every area such as tech packages.
They are more than happy to sell you a technology package (you won't find them for free) and support you, advise you and all that stuff.
And remember all this support and advice from kuka will cost you nothing, it's only when you buy the tech, have someone come on site or develop an individual solution they will need paying.
