you did not read pinned topic READ FIRST
it is unclear what you want and which robot you have. there is bunch of different KR180 robots that can be connected to KRC4. what are you trying to accomplish, is the robot commissioned correctly, how is robot mounted, are you getting fault and in what pose, what is the direction of the "force" etc. is robot faulting due to external force or you are planning to apply some force? you did not state much... what kind of gold we are talking about and how much?
I would like to know, at what power at the robot display an error message. When I push against an obstacle. Direction of force is horizontally.

there is no specific number for what you are asking. Depending on the pose of the robot that amount can change a lot. if you want to push a specific amount you will have to put some kind of force sensor on the robot.
