Is axis one in contact with anything when you try move?
Is the wiring correct, any shorts to the drive?

Please let me know what I can do
you could read pinned topic READ FIRST, reduce size of attachment, post some info about your controller and robot etc.

What other error messages are occuring along with the A1 error? Expand the error window.
If you move an axis other than A1, does the error still occur?
If you attempt to move A1, immediately after closing the enabler, before this error occurs, does A1 move as expected? Does it make noise? Does moving it generate a different error?

1. damaged motor
2. damaged KSP/KPP
3. incorrect or faulty connections, specially motor or brake (one wore loose in motor or brake circuit)
4. if external axis, connector insert popped out from motor interface at the cabinet

i had this and it the motor cable . Someone had drilled through it lol
It would work ok at 1% speed though
