No it's not overloaded, it has been working for about 6 months now and we never faced such an error, but 2 days ago a heard a loud voice comming from the robot controller KRC4 and since then we start having these errors -
You heard a loud noise from the KRC4? Not from the robot itself? What kind of noise? Have you checked the inside of the KRC4 for signs of damage? Are there any other error messages occuring in parallel with this one?
Normally, the Following Error indicates that the difference between the axis's actual and commanded positions has grown too large. Most often, this happens when the axis is overloaded, jammed against an obstruction, or (sometimes) if the brakes on that axis are failing to open.

according to the verifications at level KRC4, we found problem at the level T1 box drive
