Thank you, the problem has been solved and it was in the X311 connector
I have attempted numerous solutions to address this issue. All safety aspects have been thoroughly checked and confirmed to be functioning properly. I replaced the safety board with another controller, yet the problem persists. I also switched X11 socket from another controller, and despite this change, the fault remains. I jamber on X11, but the issue persists.
I factory-reset the controller and rectified all visible faults, leaving only this KSS00404 error. It appears in manual mode, but when I switch to START UP MODE, it doesn't show up. It only surfaces in T1 and T2 states. I also replaced the SMART_PAD with one from another robot, but the problem persists.
I have a safety stop errors it occurred at T1 and T2 only when at AUT or EXT it is OK video_2024-01-27_085459 .mp4
Are you solve this issue . I have one like it
The issue is that I have a robot from KUKA : ( KR 125/3 ) with KRC2
The robot was baught used and I started working on it about a month ago.
Almost every thing was normal and I did all the I/O config. and the programming ans tested and after many days of work,
Suddenly some errors related to the drives happened. I believe that no HW changes happened before the errors appear.
This I will show some pics for the errors below.
Note: Sometimes Ackn. is written before the errors and it's possible to acknolage them and after sometimes similar and more errors appear without Ackn. possibility. The errors Appear after about 10 : 15 min of booting up whether the robot is moving or I'm editting some code Also in AUT or any other mode.
thanks for your support
Now it's solved
In KRC2 I using this code
‐--------------------------
; These DECLs must be present at the top of the SPS file
DECL DATE _DATE
DECL BOOL HOLD_DATE =FALSE
DECL STATE_T STAT
DECL MODUS_T MODE
;This function must be included inside sps Loop
_DATE = $DATE
IF ((_DATE.YEAR >= 2023) AND (_DATE.MONTH >= 2)AND (_DATE.DAY >= 22)AND( DATE.HOUR >= 8)AND (_DATE.MIN >=55)) THEN
HOLD_DATE= TRUE
ENDIF
IF HOLD_DATE AND ($PRO_STATE1 == #P_ACTIVE)THEN
MODE=#SYNC
CWRITE($CMD,STAT,MODE,"STOP 1")
ENDIF
---------------------------
how I can ues stop 1 . I need something like that
Good morning everyone
I ues this function in KRC 4 and working OK . Not have eny errors.
But when using same function in KRC2 I have 2 errors first error is $DRIVERS_ENABLED is protected.
and second error This is the message in KRC2: "Access to component inadmissible.
IF (($DATE.YEAR>= 2023) AND ($DATE.MONTH>= 2)AND ($DATE.DAY >= 22)AND($DATE.HOUR>= 8)AND ($DATE.MIN
55)) THEN
HOLD_DATE= TRUE
ENDIF
IF (HOLD_DATE==TRUE) THEN
$DRIVES_ENABLE = FALSE
ENDIF
How can I use it in KRC2 ??
