I'll give it a try.
Do have manual for this kind of controller as I don't have explosion proof teach pedant, only multinational panel.
Maybe this can help you where to look for that error 1337.

Your model of Arm and Controller are not Explosion Proof models, you will only have the MFP (Multi Function Panel) as you have.
Teach Pendants do not store information and will not be causing your power problems (well, 1st time for everything, but I doubt it). What manuals do you need?
Check out here for some already, I've just added MFP information: C-Series Documentation & Manuals -
Success
Holding the key Check Forward was solution. Now I can run programs by lines.I was thinking about Operation manual but for MFP version of C controller
Repeat mode is only thing that is left to be solved...

UPDATE:
I've tested function 199 error is gone but I can not turn on motor power. It's not blinking just off. Any clues?
-
Good man....
I've attached another manual in that topic in the manuals board.Ok, change that setting back to how it was then.
- It all points to a hardware issue with that circuit, please check again the switch and also CN2 connector on 1HP for bent pin etc. -
We double checked the connector and the switch. We will check wiring with other bords also just in case. Do you have any manual or a hint what happens when we switch to repeat, what happens with logic in electronics. We were thinking to check the 1HP board with equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer..) and try to get some clue if one electronic part makes this issue. Maybe some logic error occurs and that’s why we get that error, because everything seems to work in teach mode: all input buttons and switches to main board, the controller seams fine also, relays and contactors are working also.. that means that they should also work in repeat mode
-
I've put a detailed electrical maintenance manual in that post in the manuals section, that should assist you with this problem in terms of tracing where it maybe located.
1HP is the 'hub' of the safety circuit which controls 1HY relays for the power distribution.
If your switch and contacts are all good, it logically points to the 1HP.....but if it was working before......
- Possible sticking relay on the 1HP/1HY when you change states.....worth looking into for sure. -
Do you think that replacing 1HP could solve the problem?
-
Considering you said this was working and also what you have had to do with TB2 and also the Teach/Repeat switch suggests it may not have been 100% working, but this is all we can go off......
It would of course be the logical next step now to consider board changes now we know TB2 and the Teach/Repeat switch are working correctly.
- If you are asking whether I can 100% assure you, then no I can't, but it would certainly be the logical next step if you can obtain one, even if it was just for 10mins.
- These are just remove/refit no configuration/software is required when you replace them, just check the dipswitches are correctly matched. -
I understand. We don't have any so we are searching online for a replacement.
While reading other topics I got to someone who had similar problem and you said that CR1 and CR2 are for Teach and CR2 and CR3 are for Repeat. In our case marking is CN. So, is there any procedure for trigering third relay on 1HY board as 1 and 2 are working and when we try to turn on third one ( by turing Repeat on) we get error. So if we could triger it somehow than we would know that problem is not in 1HY board
We will also try cheching cables wire by wire...
Do you think that replacing 1HP and 1HY could slove the problem. As I understand there is some problem between comunication of these two?
-
Don't forget, we are making assumption of condition of all incoming wiring circuit to be correct.
- As far as Teach Mode is concerned, all is good yes.....
- As far as Repeat Mode is concerned......we still have question marks....So 1HY Relays:
CR1 - EStop
CR2 - Repeat
CR3 - Teach/Repeat
CR4 - TeachYou have access to see led's on 1HY, so make check in:
Teach Mode and note led's on and off.
Repeat Mode and note led's on and off.Post results please.
*** I think you have missing link on TB2 between 21-22 and 23-24.....Please add and try again.... ***

Hi,
I have observed those LED on 1HY Board this is the situation. When we trigger teach mode LED are light in way as for Repeat mode on photo you have sent. So somehow this is switched.
So, what I mean is following:
When push deadman:
CR1, CR2 and CR3 are working in Teach mode, but according to electrical manual they should work in Repeat mode.
CR4 is not switching at all, it remains idle. The same situation is with LEDs for each relay. Also contactor K1 should be switched on when in Repeat mode, but here in our Teach mode it switches. I will attach photos from the manual and from the robot.
Attached below is: picture of relays on/off, contactors on/off and schematics from manual.
Seems like someone before us flipped the order of the connections maybe. We're planning to check voltage levels 1HY receives from 1HP and check if it fits configuration from the manual. If you have any hint to help us, it would be very valuable.
Thanks for everything! -
Have you tried what I suggested in the previous post....

I guess we missed that one. Robot is now moving in repeat mode. You've been a great help
-
Yes, I missed it for sure.............
I understand what you are saying about what you are seeing and what is mentioned in the manual.
- This is what lets Kawasaki down, there are many manuals/revisions/variants and they tend to leave 'old information' in manuals when it comes to producing a new manual, instead of producing a brand new one.
- It has improved a lot more now and this is where product training comes into it's own and how the circuits operate.
- This is why I wanted to stay on the path of 'wiring/configuration' as opposed to trying to replace boards or 'tap' into circuits.Glad it's working now for sure, as it had me scratching my head for a while.....but if you look in the electrical manual for the safety circuit, you can see the 1HP has 2 relays in RY3 and RY4.....these relays are the 'software controlled relays' and it is these that were missing - trace it back and you will see they are on the safety fence circuit AND the 'overlooked links' of 21-22 and 23-24.
I make no apologies for the manuals......as I mentioned, this is what lets Kawasaki down.......that's where Robot Forum comes into it's own.............

You've been amazing help!
There is one video of arm in action
But we have some more questions for you, maybe we need to make a new topic. So, after we fixed all issues in controler we would like to make full maintainance on robot arm, as I have said before this is FS030L model, do you have instructions of oil change in this model. Maybe maintanace manual?
When we were taking covers from motors off, the one on fourth axis which holds pneumatic switches, some oil came out of it from somewere not a lot but some...
This robot has 2014 date in MFP so we belive that it was sitting for 5 years. Great job
-
You can find here the manual for your robot model. Take a look for your model in order to know the quantity of grease.
-
Thank You. I can't find type of grease which Kawasaki robot use. Do you know what type it is or where we could find it in Europe?
-
Contact your Kawasaki distributor from your country. I am using only that kind of grease that it is in maintenance manual. I know that there is an equivalent grease for each type of Kawasaki grease i don¨t have the list.
-
Heehee.....nice clip, I get the impression, you weren't expecting it to move that quick.....
- Glad to have helped out and as you can see, others on the forum will assist in areas when they can, so you'll be able to obtain a whole host of information....FYI - Grease (no oil....) that is used in FS30 is:
- Molywhite A.
- Shell Sunlight Grease 1.
Check Manual for correct locations to replenish, as I think from memory, JT5 has a gear (which will be shell sunlight) and JT5 also has reduction gear which I think is Molywhite AKawasaki Germany (KRG) will be able to direct you to a local distributor or supply it directly themselves.
