I need a manual or tutorial on how to program the RSI Visualshell, because the RSI manual does not demonstrate how to do this and I did not find anything of the type on the internet. Neither software help teaches how to program.

everything is included with RSI - manual, examples, sample server, etc.
you should contact your local KUKA and ask for training. RSI training is not offered at every KUKA branch or very frequently so you may have to travel.
Once you have RSIVisual installed, you can use it to open any of the *.RSI files that are in the Examples directory -- note: DO NOT double-click an *.RSI file to open it, the RSIVisual Toolbox will not open properly. Use the File>Open dialog from inside RSIVisual.
The .CHM file in the Legacy folder is for pre-KSS8 RSI versions, but contains a lot of small details that are still handy.
RSI is programmed by, basically, "wiring" together the inputs and outputs of the various objects. Objects are available once you expand the ToolBox from the left side of the screen, and can be "dragged" into the project window.
Every object has internal properties, usually reached by right-clicking on the object.
The Monitor object is one of the most important -- it does nothing, but provides a "strip chart" trace of every signal you "wire" to its inputs. It's the most vital tool for debugging an RSI project.
Some objects, like Output and Motion, have no "wire-able" outputs, because their "outputs" are directly to the robot control system.
