Your question is extremely vague. Your low speed could be caused by a low limit setting for the E1 motor, by a slow program speed, by heavy inertial loads on your E1, any number of things. Without a great deal more detail, we can't even begin to help you.

u cannot increase the speed but however you can increase the acceleration and deaccleration by changing the ramp up overload time in the NG axis file..

also depends wht your 7th axis is..??
a spot welding servo gun ? trunnion ? etc... -
Anything is possible
if its a kuka track do you want to keep your warranty is the question

If.... this is a Kuka KL....
How about some details? Read READ FIRST -
What model servo is driving the linear axis?
Is the linear axis kinematically integrated?
What is the maximum speed setting for the axis, and how does it compare to the maximum rating for the servo?
Is the axis slow all the time, or only during accel/decel?
Are certain motions faster or slower than others?
Is it slow in all modes?
Have you run an O-scope trace of the axis through a complete motion profile?
How heavily loaded is the axis?
Has the servo been tuned properly?
