I have been working on a customers robot that was wall mounted and they have changed it ceiling mount.
The issue we have is when jogging the robot in world when moving up in Z it goes at an angle approx 10 degrees ?
I have checked the mada as i changed it to ceiling and its correct.
we are unsure of the robot history as they bought it used but i have done a full re-install of software just to be sure and its still the same
this is the ceiling robroot
FRAME $ROBROOT={X 0.0,Y 0.0,Z 0.0,A 0.0,B 0.0,C 180.0}
and the wall is this
FRAME $ROBROOT={X 0.0,Y 0.0,Z 0.0,A 0.0,B 90.0,C 0.0}
So my question is
Is the hardware the same and can this be done ? By just moving it around and changing the mada If it can then i have another issue .......... :
