sounds like welding interface is not configured correctly
-
What is the history of this machine? Is this a new machine, run for the first time? Or was this process working properly before? If the latter, what changes have been made recently?
-
kuka service personal was configured so there is no doubt in that. its brand new machine and process was working properly.no changes were made.every time when this message(current missing, ignition error strategy)came robot stops and thus welding.
-
How often does this happen? Are there particular locations, or times, or is the occurrence random?
-
it happens on every weld cycle but occurrence is random
-
How random? Is it related to long welds, short welds, etc? Does it tend to happen near the start of a weld, the end, or just entirely random?
Have you used the Trace function to track the related I/O when this happens?
What is the exact text of the error message, and the error code? Which module is sourcing it? Can you identify which line, of which module, is posting the message?
-
we are using only short weld.it occurs randomly not at particular position like start of weld or end of the weld.i attached trace evaluation for the reference

Well, it looks like you're losing $IN[502] pretty often when (I assume) it should be stably True, whenever $OUT[501] is True. I would investigate why that's happening.
