Hello recently we have a problem. Robot lock kuka kr c4. At the point of welding. The gun closes but the current does not pass. After we have an error message in the kcp. (Welding command fault signal input 1189. repeat point .. I check the clamp wiring all is OK .. where it comes from the problem

Since you have provided no details concerning your KSS version, welding Tech Package, or the make, model, and configuration of your welding unit, I can only guess.
The error message suggests that the robot is receiving an Error signal, on Input $IN[1189], from the welding unit. So you need to determine why the welding unit would be sending this error signal.

It is a kss software 8.3 with a welding timer bosch roxtroth psi 6000

So, where is $IN[1189] mapped to? And what is its state when this error occurs? How is it configured on the Bosch?

It's in of robot when I returned to the mnemonic input / output I find disabled ..

Bosch it's good they don't have .any problem .the the problems it's only between gun and robot

The robot has been configured to monitor that signal. The Bosch is not setting that signal to the value the robot has been configured to expect. So this requires a comparison of the interface specifications for both systems.

The problem was in the welding transformer resistance. It sends signals that the transformer temperature is high in the transformer
