we have have one robot Kr c4 with Kss 8.2 , controler welding bosch and OBARA Gun
during production the gun stops at welding point (gun Closed), without welding ( the current doesnt pass ) ( the gun openes) , the error message is "position of the gun is incorrect , initialization,calibration , metal sheet thickness , repeated point ? "i was checked all these points but the problem still persisting.
What do you think the problem is ?

today we had a problem of wire feed on kuka kr c4 kss 8.3 .20 i check the rollers and all the wire circuit all is ok .. the robot is positioned on the welding position and then it makes roll back the thread and it displays this message. the weld come in does not turn on .. i force but it does not work .. does anyone have ever experienced this problem?
