I have a little problem in one of the robots we're using.
System used:
KRC4 - Software version 8.3.22
Robot KR16-2
Robot in aut-ext controlled by a Omron PLC via ethercat.
The configuration of the robot is the same as many others we're using, but there's something not working properly for what concerning the external emergencies.
Normally I'm able to restore the robot (via PLC) after an emergency , but on this one the Pad keeps giving me an "operator protection" active and I can reset that warning via Pad only.
We checked the X11 wiring, no errors.
One of my collegue said he had some problem with the safety configuration during the setup of the robot (months ago, he doesn't remember exactly what happened), but I can't find any error now and my guess is that something went slightly wrong and now I have this strange behaviour.
Is there a way to force a safety configuration check without changing anything of the current configuration? The robot is working properly, I don't want to risk to ruin a working machine.
