Can someone fast help me to connect this 2 i mean on Kuka KRC2 and Lorch Robomig S5. Previous we had Fronius Synergic TransPuls 3200. The problem is when the robot start welding he weld for about half of 1sec and stop in same point. So he wont go to the ARC_ON Linear to the ARC_OFF Linear only stop at first point. Can someome help me to map this 2?

Sounds like "arc established" input signal to robot is missing.

Can someone help me to fix all signals? I never mapped signals?

How do you have connected power source to robot?
Do you use KUKA Arctech Digital? Version?
Do you know which input number is connected to "arc established" signal? If not, can you monitor whether some input goes on when robot sets arc on?

that mentions no fieldbus type, only data block structure...
when making things "talk" to each other there are few things that are needed:
a. select type of interface (how signals get from one device to another)
b. wire interface (includes cabling, shielding, terminating resistors, power etc.)
c. configure interface (including master/slave role, speed, node addresses etc.)
d. configure nodes (specify signal names, choose I/O range, map I/O signals, activate nodes etc.)
e. reboot or reconfigure I/O
f. test I/O (force outputs on one node and verify that corresponding input is responding on another node).all of the above was just first step - building "bridge" between two nodes.
next step is to go through arctech interface configuration... -
Our old fronius was connected via device net so... I got lorchnet devicenet connector and connect all to the cabinet. Lorch telling me that connection is fine. Can you tell me the procedure for next step for KRC2 i dont have expirience with this? Which files i need to change?

did you compare signal map for Fronius and your device? -
Okey Connection is ok device net functioning with lorch. Mapping is the problem because i dont know how to map and which files i need to edit for i/o. Lorch and robot communicating because welding start some siglans probably matching the old fronius but it wont continue to weld. i got message ignition failure no arc after 1sec of welding.
