Okey Connection is ok device net functioning with lorch. Mapping is the problem because i dont know how to map and which files i need to edit for i/o. Lorch and robot communicating because welding start some siglans probably matching the old fronius but it wont continue to weld. i got message ignition failure no arc after 1sec of welding.

Our old fronius was connected via device net so... I got lorchnet devicenet connector and connect all to the cabinet. Lorch telling me that connection is fine. Can you tell me the procedure for next step for KRC2 i dont have expirience with this? Which files i need to change?

Can someone fast help me to connect this 2 i mean on Kuka KRC2 and Lorch Robomig S5. Previous we had Fronius Synergic TransPuls 3200. The problem is when the robot start welding he weld for about half of 1sec and stop in same point. So he wont go to the ARC_ON Linear to the ARC_OFF Linear only stop at first point. Can someome help me to map this 2?
