I am working with KRC4 robot having a Gudel linear track TMF3.
I have a problem with its positioning. when i set traveling distance 100mm from its mastering position, Teach pendant shows that robot has reached at its position but physically it is approx 17mm behind, robot travel only 83mm on linear track. i think its because of configuration of linear track. My another also having the same track but its working well. i found the difference in gear ratio in both linear track.
Can anyone have idea about to put the correct gear ration in machine data of linear track?
