Please somebody help me on alarm coming the YASNAC MRC Teach Pendent :
Alarm:90
IO Module communication Error.
Thanks
Boot in maintenance mode (hold the customer key and power on). Under setup find the I/O module section and have the robot scan the I/O rack. The chart that comes up should match the I/O cards in the rack. If it does not, the card that is not on the chart is the bad card and not communicating with the main processor. If everything matches, press enter to update the I/O registry and reboot normally.
If you still have the same alarm it could be the I/O rack or the MIF01 card.
Thanks Sir !
I will tray as per your sequence but see the attached photo this type error display on TP.
Please write us how can rectify this alarm.
This screen shot indicates the MRY01 board (left most board in the I/O rack) is not communicating with the MIF01 card. This can be the MRY01 card, the rack, the cable to the MIF01 card or the MIF01 card.
Good luck
Thanks for help me sir ,
After remove 90 number alarm removed than attached 100 number alarm coming on TP. Please. Please write us how can rectify the attached alarm.
This alarm indicates no communication to a servo amplifier (iamp). The picture you sent shows the problem is with the U axis. You haven't said what size robot this is so I don't know if it's an individual servo pack for the U axis or if it's the third section (for the U axis) in a tri-pack size servo pack. It can also be the MSV01 card or the cable that connects the amp to the MSV card.
What was the problem with the I/O alarm 90?
Thanks for the reply,
Actually go to maintenance mode MCP01 enter than normal mode start than no coming on 90 Alarm.
But this time on alarm coming on tp but Not moving on any axis on Teach Pendent Keys.
Can please write us witch mode robot axis are moving on TP keys.
The shock sensor circuit is open.
can please write us where is the shock sensor circute bord location
The shock sensor connections are on CN6 of the MTU board. You need to have 24 DC in to pin 18. You can get 24 volts from pins 1 and 2.
Thank you Sir !
Actually sir our teach pendent no any Alarm showing but from the TP Enable Or Servo on not working and not light glowing.
Please find attached the photo, please do something. Maybe that's ways not axis are moving on the with jog mode
do you know how to operate a MRC robot or you are trying now to learn?
Hi Sir,
I am know MRC robot but this application now i am reinstating now ,So i Need your support for this
Looks fine in the picture. Did you press the ENABLE button? Any Alarms or Messages come up when you did? Did the ENABLE LED light up? If it did, did you press the round green button to turn on servos? Any Alarm or Messages when you did?
Can't tell from the picture if you have a Deadman switch.
thanks for reply,
from botting 7410 alarm coming but f5 reset than gone but as per your process do but not servo on
Alarm 7410 is a software miss match. Someone has swapped cards with another robot or bought new cards with a different version of software. This could be on the MCP01, MIF01, MCP02, MSV01 or MSV02 cards. Unless you can find a matching set of chips your robot will never run.
Thanks For reply !
I am try the puss on enable switch but can't open .after booting screen please find attached photo. This alarm cannot reset.
The broken PG line is the cable that does to the encoder. It can be the servo pack in an MRC or the base cable or the internal harness or the encoder on the motor.
