welcome to robot forum. please provide more info such as KSS version, KSS message numbers (not just text), preferably screenshot too.
when showing messages it is important to show all of them, specially older ones (many messages could be result of previous ones) -
thank you very much for your answer.the kss5.5
-
thats not bad for a start but i will not bother with images that large... don't want to waste my data plan... 80-100kb is more reasonable

Okay, first things first.
1. Does this robot jog successfully in T1 mode? Especially Axis 6.
2. If you jog Axis 6, does it behave properly? Does it move smoothly, or jerkily? Does it make strange noises?
3. When does this Error 1216 occur? Immediately upon switching to AUT? Or only after motors on, or Step-Go? -
Check HDD capacity !

Hi, all
Yes i can jog in T1 no problem, no noise.
The problem when is AUT , in each 4 cycles the machine stop because of the robot., (the solution that i do all the time is slowing down the movement and clear the heatsink in the controller with air Gun)then everything OK i dont know whats the raison. -
Sounds like your drive is faulty / overheating. This may be due drive, motor or cables.... (ugh... autocorrection really "helps")
-
HI all,
yes sametimes i have an error of heatsink A6.i cheked the cable of the drive A6 its OK.the temprature inside the controller its OK fans they are OK runing.
I run an HDD Scandisk comes with no error.kind regards

how about ESC diagnostics, it lets you monitor drives internally (temperature, faults...)
