Not sure if anyone else has run into this.
I've run into an issue using the .CHM files that come with RSI 3.2 (and I assume it holds for 3.0 and 3.1) in the DOC directory of the install package (and reside in D:/KUKA_OPT/RSI/DOC). The PDF has the general documentation, but most of the detailed information, especially on the different types of RSI Objects, is contained in these Windows-style "Help" files. But if I open them on my laptop, all the links in the Table Of Contents don't go anywhere.
Just for the heck of it, I tried opening them on the SmartPad, and they work perfectly. I'm not sure why this would be -- someone has suggested it's related to the installed version of Internet Explorer. I've even tried copying the entire DOC directory onto my laptop in case it was some sort of linking issue, but nada.
Anyone else run into this? It'd be interesting to see what computers they work on, and which they don't. Since .CHM is a Microsoft proprietary format, my best guess is that the root cause is some sort of Windows or Explorer issue.
