Hello,
It seems like you have some programming error in the code. Please check your corresponding .dat file with respect to the error message. FDAT_ACT doesn't have the correct value format. Check for the inline form of motion point FP108 and check if the .dat file has the variable of same name or not.
Basically, FDAT_ACT assigns the TOOL and BASE information linked to particular motion point.
Thanks
I have check in corresponding dat file,Total inline motion points in program is 417,but in dat file it shows upto the point 107 only ,how it is possible?
There error is start from point 108 to point 129,
plz see the attach file.
Hi,
Quotebut in dat file it shows upto the point 107 only ,how it is possible?
Probably someone deleted the rest of the file. At least there is missing the ENDDAT statement at the end of the file. What did you do exactly before the error occured?
Another possibility: Maybe a power loss occured and your buffering accus do not work any more. Hence writing back programm data from the ram drive to harddisk was corrupted.
Do you have an archive you can restore to?
Fubini
Yes, your .dat file is not good. There is no END_DAT and looks like it is incomplete. Please restore the archive as Fubini suggested.
Thanks
Dear Fubini
no, i m only person uses this controller, before this error i got the error message "Physical memory not available",so then i cut some unwanted program from C Drive and paste those in D Drive ,then Cold start the controller, Those programs i have remove from C Drive do not have any relation with the corrupted program.
you DAT file is missing bottom half.... including some declaration lines and the closing line (ENDDAT).
until this is fixed, your file will have red X because your program cannot compile. if you have backup - good, use it.
if you don't have backup, sorry, patch what you have or rewrite the program from scratch.
Hi,
Quoteso then i cut some unwanted program from C Drive and paste those in D Drive
.
Did you copy the files using KUKA HMI or Windows Explorer. Using Windows Explorer while KUKA controller software is up and running might have corrupted your files. Because all data, including programs, for the KUKA realtime control kernel is stored in a ram disk for faster realtime access. At boot time the harddisk files are copied into this ram disk. The "physical memory" message most likely refers to the ram disk. Hence removing files using windows does not help at all. Of course this is only theory and practically will not help you anyway. All you can do as mentioned beforehand is to restore a backup of your files.
Fubini
Thank You Fubini.
I have backup file, checked in Orange edit in that also the DAT file is shows some files missing ,so it also not usable anymore, i need to crate a new program again.
