Hello,
i want to shift the base in X Direction,Y Direction and in Angle A,But when i shift the base in X &Y Direction the program correctly shifted to its new position, But when i use the shift in Angle A(Along Z Axis) then robot moves with given angle correctly,but shows 15-20 mm away from its target position in X & Y Direction,
please suggest.

I Have facing same problem,
From setup menu i selected the Hard Disk,But still is shows the Machine data error and also when cold start the controller serial number of robot shows 0 value,
and shows new error "Field Index Different to max value".Please suggest what to do now.

I have KRC4 Controller with KR16L8 robot,I have done some programms for components but without using Base co-ordinate , But Now the Rotating Positioner is shifted 65 mm away from robot in Y+ direction of Robot world co-ordinate,so how to shift all programs to minimize the work of reteaching.
Please suggest.. -

I have backup file,checked in Orange edit in that also the DAT file is shows some files missing ,so it also not usable anymore, i need to crate a new program again. -

no, i m only person uses this controller,before this error i got the error message "Physical memory not available",so then i cut some unwanted program from C Drive and paste those in D Drive ,then Cold start the controller, Those programs i have remove from C Drive do not have any relation with the corrupted program. -
I have check in corresponding dat file,Total inline motion points in program is 417,but in dat file it shows upto the point 107 only ,how it is possible?
There error is start from point 108 to point 129,

i have KRC2 Controller,
after cold start the controller, found the cross mark (Error) on the main program.
got the following error:-Both side of the value assignment are not compitable FDAT_ACT=FP108.
Please advice . -
i have existing program of circle for welding,how can copy that program at an interval of 100 mm distance in y+ direction of robot world coordinate,without crating the new program at every time.
