I was looking at a cmos.bin file, because our robot crashed and we have the jobs not backuped. As far as I can see all files are there, but in binary form. Has anybody had success to "disassemble" the cmos to its proper .jbi,.dat,pbm,.... files? Loading the cmos back is not possible, because the cpu died

how can i save CMOS.bin file from robot?
You need to go into MAINTENANCE mode on your robot. Either hold down MAIN MENU while powering up (NX100/DX100/DX200), or TOP MENU (XRC). Go into Management mode and you will find an icon called TOOL or EXTERNAL MEMORY. It allows you to do a CMOS.BIN backup from there.
How can i check CMOS.bin file have problem or not or there are in my controller. because when i turn on controller it only show me setup screen.
You can't check the CMOS.BIN file. It's a file that is written to your CF card at the time you do the backup. It either loads or doesn't load. If it's corrupt because your CF card is bad the robot will not load it. There is nothing to check.
