Im trying to perform a 4-point calibration of a KR30 with KRC2 controller, KSS5.6.9. I keep getting HUGE errors (20-75mm), so I cannot complete the calibration. What can be the problem? Should I try to master the robot again? Has anyone experienced something similar?
The robot is a refurbished robot with 4000 hours on the clock, but it looks good and the tool seems to move in straight lines, when I jog i around...
