We've been having some problems with our Kuka KR 15 SL recently after trying to make some changes we thought would be minor.
Backstory: First, I just got back to this project after some time away, and the person who caused the error is no longer here. So I have to go on what she told me before she left. Our setup is that we have a separate computer connected to our Kuka computer through a router and communicating via ethernet. So it is very important to us what the IP on the Kuka computer is. We wanted to connect to another system that has a static IP and can't change, so we hoped to move the Kuka to a new IP so we could communicate with both at once from the same computer. This was done by exiting the Kuka software (control+alt+delete and closing all processes) then going into the network preferences and attempting to change our IP4 address. When we rebooted at that point the Kuka software told us that we needed to remaster A1 through A6 as well as some other errors/warnings listed below. We tried numerous solutions including resetting the IP to the old one, reconfiguring the I/O driver, and Cold booting the system. All to no avail. Here's some of the info I could find related to our problems. I can retrieve any other information needed. Thanks for any help, we have already contacted the Kuka Technical Support Staff and sent them an archive of "all" including our logs. But they have been unresponsive once hearing about our problem (including not answering the phone anymore).
All messages and logs are after a reboot of the system and before attempting to run anything:

From searching the forums I've found other issues related to problems with driver DN2DRV which point me towards the IOSYS.ini file. However, I've had little luck finding the file and am inexperienced with the system. Other people point to problems with a fuse when I look for problems with the voltage to PM1 (power manager 1). So detailed explanations of the problem or solution would be amazing.
