hello, I you need help please be more specific..explain the nature of ,,nut move corectly...,,
-
There is a good chance you are in CYLINDRICAL instead of WORLD. Check if this is the case by pressing SELECT, then MORE, then F4 for COND1. I think it is the first item in the list. You may need to press EDIT and then change from one option to the other. I'm hoping that my keystrokes from memory are correct.... but it is MRC .... and my memory is not as good as it used to be.
Good luck! -
thanks you for share. I have check SEL --> MORE --> CON1--> change CYLINDRICAL to WOLD. In CYLINDRICAL coordinater, robot move correctly but in Wold robot move not correct, specific in Y Axis robot move but uncertainty towards guns.

Can be the robot is not calibrated correctly. With the "SK" series robots the L axis is vertical or 90 degrees to the base of the robot where the "K" series robots had the L axis parallel to the base of the robot. Unfortunately, the "K" series being older people got in the habit of making L parallel to the floor when calibrating and did the same thing in "SK". The other axis to watch is the "B". some times it's straight out from "R" other times it's 90 degrees to "R".

Thanks for share. I have try calibrated. In S,L,U,R axis of robot have sign but in B,T don't have sign. so i think the reason not calibrated correctly problem could happen. I will try calibrated B axis. I have a question is robot SK6 when i bought it was wall designed. At present, i don't ceiling, I put it on the floor and make it a base. I do not know how to influence what issues?

Hi,
Even if your arrows are missing (very common) you can record reasonable approximation, see attached Arm drawing.
Note- Once successful scribe a line across joint.
The attached "User Function" section 4-5-6 are similar to later model machines.
Parameter - S4C051 has 0 = 3 point method , 1=5 point method & check FD 005 =0
Note - it is not appropriate to post complete manuals here, if you require them , PM me with your E address.
I will confirm wall & Floor mounted configurations when next on shop floor , cobwebs are present. -
Thanks Pcarbines! I have see document you share. I do not quite understand. I would image it up tomorrow. Hope you can help me solve this error. My email: mayhantudong@gmail.com

Hi!
There are circuit breakers (fuses) on each servopack module. They are located on the side of each servopack and look like big switches. Check if any of them has not accidentally gone off.
