is there any way to read the all axis motor current and brake condition through pendent..

Under servo monitoring you can monitor the torque for each axis, and the maximum torque.
You have to be in managment mode to do this and maybe change display monitor item 1 & 2. -

Depending on controller, once you are in management mode, go to ROBOT, then go to SERVO MONITORING. In this screen you can set up two different items to watch on one screen. Under DISPLAY you can change to MONITOR ITEM 1 or change to MONITOR ITEM 2. Under either one of these icons you can monitor torque, feedback speed, maximum torque, etc...

Can we also send torque value to plc..

The servo monitoring data is not sent to any output or register that can send it to an external device.

but this data must be stored in some parameter. Can we transfer the value of parameter into a group output or say through ethernet..

Yes you are right it is in a special system variable that we do not have access to and the Japanese do not see the value of giving up. So there is no acces to it to the real world.
