Is your variable $DCS_CFG , $DISP_MENU at 1 ? If it is 0 then the menu is not displayed.

That is what Jogframe is for. You can change that, standerd its the same as the world frame. But you can change it for exactly that reason.

You can change the system variable $SCR_T --> $T2_Lock_Enb (number 132) You have to change it in controlled start I believe.

I have never checked it, im guessing my I/O status is replaced as it was. Maybe its a variable. Im doubting a little bit with the cold start. You can make a program with the I/O you want to set when you cold start the robot. In the config file put it in the Cold start autoexec program.

You can go to menu, next, system, the type and config. There you can set I/O power fail recovery to : Recover all.
You can also make a "reset I/O'' job that you execute at the start of your program. In the RESETIO you can set all the DO and registers to value's you want to have at startup. -

There is some Rotary switch you can change then the robot Always starts up in maintenance mode, but i do not remember where its located and what number it is.
Maybe you can look at another controller and compare.--> Found it, it is S1 Rotary switch on Nif board. 0 is normal operation, 7 is maintenance mode.

The robot was not working before? The battery led is lit (left above the F on the nif. So im guessing your controller battery ran out.
Replace the battery and load an image or initialize the robot. -
What happend with your pendant?? When you start up what are the LED indicators displaying? and when the controller started up do they keep displaying F and 5 ?

Hi, Why do you want to initialize the robot? If you turn the controller off and on again you will start up normal.
