Hi adis,
Maybe the example on the attachments works. You Need to put real Input numbers and substract the value from Register 290-1 before you start the next job. also you Need to shift all Register i up.
try it

Hello Roboticsman,
you could also just change the User Frame.
Then you would get something like " User Frame mismatch"

Hi Irish76,
WR_UPD01(0) makes a Update after your Dressing.
AR[1]=1 => new Cap
AR[1]=0 => used Cap

Hi Darkbound,
have you try to Change the Override during the movement?
Something like on the attached file.
call it just before reaching the Position and Change the Override again to the original value.

Hi Borobot2018,
its a Arc Start failure. The Ball on your wire could be the reason for this Problem.
To prevent to arise the ball.. Teach the Arc End from the previous weld correctly (Stick out 12mm).. maybe it also helps you when you use the Wire burn back function... ore try the scratch Start Funktion and increase arc start error time..at leas 2-3 sec.

Hi hagsy,
Spot 064 means that your welding Point seams not OK.
Check the Alarm from your welding Controller if posible.
Is this Alarm coming on every spotpoint?
-
hi Robopeeler,
it sounds that you are using CNT 100 istead of fine.
Try it with fine.
By not using WR_UPD01 you would get a Collsion detect Alarm istead of the shifted Spotpoint.
