You can use a higher rating driver and it will work.
But be careful about motor and continuously check the motor current.
If there is any problem at its mechanical side or inside a motor, then It will draw more current than designed.
In case of higher driver, you may not get alarm and motor can damage because of high current. -
Share some details about your machine.

Hi,
unplug HDD and then connect it with your system via adapterand then use Hiren's Boot CD software to creat image. -
I don't think that replacing DSE card is the cause of these emergency messages.
KPS-600 fast blinking red lights can be assumes fine working of KPS.Can you replace your ESC card?
Do you have any KCP coupler card installed before ESC for KCP connection? -
What is the indication light status on KPS600?
Are the red lights are constantly on or flashing fast?DO you know that there is a small black button on ESC board,
press this button for 3 seconds and then release.Try to replace KPS600.

Sir,
You are right, I was actually asking for KSR_Configurator in the USB Stick.
Normally, when we create HDD image (.wim) files, they are stored in the USB Srick.I was asking, If I want to store these files directly in my laptop/PG
There is an option in configurator which is storing on network drive.
Can you please guide me how can I make settings in it to save Image directly in my PG which is conneted to the system via network. -

Version]
Version=V8.3.20Hi All
My system is KRC4 and version is mentioned above.
If I want to create Image of HDD on network drive then how can I Verify that My system settings are ok for this purpose.
What will be the process on KRCConfigurator to create path of network drive. -
Its normal with KUKA systems that sometimes during booting process they stuck at some stage and system couldn't load properly, you must try once or twice again rebooting.
only field bus error message is important.
Do acknowledge this message, it will remove, this message could be appear if any of the node initializes late and system generates missing signal of that slave.
In message details, you will also find node details. -
Normally, for palletizing robot, we use a pattern file generated by a software "KUKA PalletEdit".
We define every thing, in that file. for example layer A and B. and they are mirror of each other.
Robot follows its counting and pattern as per that file.I do not know exactly what you do, but here in KHS we use this way for palletizing.

Dear All,
My machine details are given below.
My machine was powered off and two node addresses were disconnected.
When machine was powered on, we lost its configuration for the nodes.
Is it true that we can not power on KRC4 if two nodes are disconnected or replaced at the same time?Version=V8.3.20

Yes, In case of open safety loops, you can not move robot even in T1 mode.
you must select startup mode to give motion in T1. -

If there is a problem to find the part number for the RDC and its black box then its not a big deal.
You have to send picture of machine tag inside the panel to KUKA and they will send you required part number details even they will send you all parts details.
When you will ask for the quotation, KUKA will send you their offer. And if they have some replacement for that specific part then will also quote it.
picture for sample is attached here.

Read the attached discussion on this topic,
this will be helpful. -
Any cloning software to recommend ?
Cheers,
You can use Clone zilla, Norton ghoost or better to use Hiren's Boot CD as it is more easier.
Also check your system RAM, I offen saw this same stage as you mentioned in earlier picture.
I replaced its RAM and rebooted system, it was working fine (system was KRC2 ed05). -

Only care which you require is to take care about its shielding. use special shielding connectors (RJ45 and RJ20).
If something goes wrong with the cable(except shortage) then nothing wrong will happen and system will not work.In my understandings, only critical thing is its proper shielding.

You can use KUKA USB recovery stick for Image creation and restoring also.
If you want some other way, then U can use softwares like Clonezilla, snapshot or Hiren's boot CD. But in this case, you have to remove your KUKA HDD from system.
