I don't know what SP means, but according to the manual it cannot be used at the moment.

The UK (user keys) are the ones I labelled in the screenshot below. If you link a macro program to either of these keys, the controller will execute the macro when you press the key.
The SU keys (shifted user keys) simply are the same keys but pressed together with the SHIFT button. This way you can map four different macros to the keys in total.
If you need more than four macros mapped to these keys, you could look into the MF (multi function or manual function?) which will map MF[1-10] to a list of macro commands under the TOOL 1 key, and MF[11-20] to TOOL 2
The others (DI, RI, UI, F, M) tie a macro program to any of the configured signals. I believe a rising edge on the signal will trigger macro execution.
All macros can be configured from the macro menu (MENU > SETUP > MACRO)
