Hello. I am in development for robot monitoring.
To collect data from the robot, I input data by updating the robot data to a variable in an sps file, and I intend to monitor the values of the variables received. However, the sps file, due to other codes related to robot operations (e.g., interlocks, etc.), does not maintain a consistent operation speed and is slow, so I have created a new submit file.
This submit file is only used to throw data values for robot monitoring. The result is that it has a faster operation speed than the sps file (as can be seen in the subprogram status window on the robot pendant).
My questions are as follows:
- Is there a way to accurately check the operation speed of the subprogram?
- Is there a way to maintain a consistent operation speed of the subprogram?
