Main switch ON. Also when connecting with RS and viewing events I cannot see any error related to this problem.
The operator kept shutting down the system directly from the switch and would not use the shutdown function on the flex pendant. Maybe this habit damaged something.

It's OK to turn off using the cabinet disconnect switch. After turning off the switch, you still need to wait until the computer unit completes an image (8-15 seconds) and shuts down before turning the disconnect switch back on.
