I can't put an image in a part

Hi guys, I can't put images in the roboguide, I've already tried several things, even uninstalling, does anyone know how I can fix this? I need this for a test in which a picture will be painted, and in this test this painting added as a part needs to have an image

Sorry guys, I was offline but I'm back, I installed version 9.3, and only sometimes the image works on old workcells that I didn't create, but it almost always doesn't work, I've tried the same thing that PnsStarter said but it didn't work, I think it could be some configuration, do you know anything?

I've already uninstalled the roboguide and installed it again, but it doesn't work again and the image I try to place I've already changed from JPG to BMP but it didn't work, and the dimensions I've put in the same as the part but didn't work
