Hello to everyone, I'm new in this forum.
I have recently purchased a KUKA KR 5 sixx R650 robot, KUKA KR C2 controller, KRC V7.0.12 software.
After verifying that everything is working correctly I noticed the following things:
1. Whenever it is turned on, the current date must be set despite saving the changes, it seems that once it is turned off it is not able to be maintained. Does it have a solution or is it normal?
2. When activating the outputs to change the state of the gripper, they do not make the change despite being activated, so it simply does not work to perform pick and place actions. Is something inside the robot broken? Are the sensors no longer working? Does anything need to be configured besides placing the air and gripper?
3. Despite searching the robot manuals, I have not found much information about it. What would be the basic or recommended maintenance that the KUKA robot and its components should have?
I would greatly appreciate your contributions. I've been stuck on those details for a while.
