I'm getting alarm 4110 shock sensor action while its not touching anything. it started yesterday, I found a loose connection now today its doing the same thing. Where do I go next to find loose connections? I'm working with yrc1000 and AR 3120 arm for welding.

To me it sounds like torch shock sensor.
Did you check if maybe the torch is not deflected?

Check the fuses in the optional safety board.

Circuit starts on the ASF01 board, connector CN204. Pin 11 is +24 Vdc, pin 12 is Shock -. The wiring feeds through the controller to the back wall, typically CN3-3 and CN3-11. Check for pins pushed in on the controller side and the cable side. Check for pins pushed in on the 1BC cable and the robot base connector. The circuit then goes through the arm and exits on pins 7 and 8. From there out to the torch.

yes I did check for deflection. when I push the torch down it moves much much easier than up or left or right. the spring feels weak in that one direction.

update: I turned the power off earlier while the alarm was active and turned it back and there was no more alarm 🤷♂️ It seems to be running correctly now. thanks for the replies!
