FANUC offers training courses for KAREL programming. For some basic information you can check the articels on this website. I would also recommend to download the KAREL reference manual (MARRC75KR0709E Rev L).

The Karel reference manual is the definitive work on this subject.
I would also second getting Karel training from Fanuc.
