Google the balancing process. Some version of this. If the COG of the camera is not where it was designed to be then there will be shake in the gimble. They are pretty easy if you are using the camera it was designed for. Alternatively, you can also go into the firmware and edit the control settings with the SDK if the mass of your camera is very different to the designed camera. Its been too long since I tried it, but its feasible. An easy way to eat up a weekend.
