    Hi,

Does anybody know how to get the weld line table to show Amps and Volts when i am using channels on welder side. Or does it work only with online control set to robot. Might i be able to move the registers from welder feedback to the ones that weld line table uses in ladder? Does anyone know what these registers are?

If I understand this correctly, the welder is running in job mode. The robot is a transporter for the torch. It moves to a position and start a weld. The robot moves to another position and says stop the arc. All the weld parameters are in the welder.

How are the controller and welder communicating? DeviceNet, Profi, E I/P, etc?

    What controller?

    What welder?

End result is probably no or if you have the time to reverse engineer it may be possible.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.

Yes, there are other controllers with weld line table.

Not familiar with a Kempii to give you more info. Never seen one in the US on a robot.
