On site, with a pair of brand new IRC5s, fresh from ABB. The installers accidentally swapped the two controllers, so we had serial number mismatches on power up. The controllers were then powered down and swapped back to the correct robots, but...
Now, on boot, the robots throw a 50296 "Robot Memory Difference" and 20032 "Rev Counter Not updated" errors. The robots cannot be jogged, despite all safeties being satisfied -- squeezing the deadman results in "37001 Motors On contactor Error".
The pendant displays the correct serial number for the robot the controller is currently connected to. We've tried an I-Start, but that didn't fix the problem.
I'm sure there must be a relatively simple procedure for fixing this, as this kind of screwup must happen fairly often, but I've never run into this on an ABB before. Help?
