If its corrupt reinstall from scratch or restore your last working image. Afterwards restore your newest archive.

I'm not a KUKA robot expert, so can you please be kind and explain the process easier or send some pictures on how I can reinstall from scratch. I have reinstalled KRC but I have the same problem

Not really anything KUKA specific here. Either restore the image of your harddisk if an image is available. How depends on what software was used to create the image (e.g. Norton Ghost, Kuka Recovery, dd, ... ) This is something only you can know. If you did not create an image yourself in the past you should at least have the basic windows embedded iso image shipped by
kuka with any krc2 controller. It can be installed by means of a bootable CD or USB stick as any other windows version you might be more familiar with. After image installation you can install a clean initial KRC software anew. Afterwards restore your latest archive using the kuka hmi to reinstall user specific programs and such.
Details of this are covered in the user documentation also shipped by KUKA with any installation. Otherwise checkout the forum Read First with hints on where to download documentation directly from kuka portal.

thanks pal, I cannot speak Turkish but if I understood you right, I should re-install the system. Unfortunately, the problem I have is still not solved

How, exactly? What steps did you follow?
If you re-installed KSS from scratch, and still have this problem, then the remaining things to try are:
1. Re-install Windows from the install CD, followed by KSS again
2. Hardware check: HD, RAM, Motherboard. Check the seating of the PCI cards, re-seat the RAM, examine the mobo for any bulging capacitors.
