I am not to experienced with robots. I can touch up points and read programs somewhat but that is it.
I have a scara sr-6ia
I somehow had crashed a robot when trying to adjust a point. The robot hit kind of hard and got lodged but i got it free.
Now when I run the robot to any points they are off by about a mm in each direction (x,y,z).
I jogged the robot through each axis, as much as i had room and the motion is smooth so don't think there was any physical damage. Also tooling does not look bent or damage at all.
What happen? What would cause this and how can it be fixed?
