Irb 6400 m94a no errors but wont move

hi i have an irb 6400 m94a robot that flatly refuses to move on any axis, the contactors clic in and stay in but no click from any of the brakes and no error msg.

I have swapped smb but just the same any ideas before i get too deep inside it?

Try another pendant, if you have one.

Make sure the brake contactor KM4 pulls in when you initially move the joystick.

It's an assumption the run-chain is good if contactors KM1 & KM2 are pulling in and there is no DC-Link low error but you may want to check for the 3-ph 262VAC at both sides of KM2 when the KM2 pulls in.
