Morning,
I have been trying to send a DOUT signal to my PLC. I have put the DOUT OG() function in a concurrent job which I start at the beginning of the Master and then I have that loop so that it is constantly sending DOUT signals to the PLC. I have found that it only sends the value consistently at the beginning of the program and when I tell it to stop and go home.. Otherwise, when I am in the middle of a job that continuously does the same thing, I can watch the concurrent job by pressing the [PAGE] button, when I watch it, it just sits on the DOUT function but doesn't run it for a long time. Why is it hanging there? Is a DOUT function too much for the robot to handle while doing other things, or is this something that should work fine. I believe it should be fine because during certain jobs it will work as expected. This is my first post, so if I have forgotten something important here or if you have any questions, please ask.
