Hope someone can help me IRC5 everytime you teach thr robot save everything ( the job), robot work fine, you load next job you teach,the moment you load the previous job the robot its out again you to teach

Can you explain a bit more what the problem is? Are you loading modules?

We use pick & drop robots 8 of them, now robot 2 is the vision robot, we teach the robot to pick the part at certain point every time, for the parts are the same so robot pick parts defferently but if u teach and save the job or program ( job #1) work fine whole run say 1000parts finish you load (job#2) defferent part teach run finish go back to job#1 robot had to tought again everything u saved before have to do it again

i guess from your explenation that you are working with automatic loading of modules, or do you uses pickmaster? If you load automatically, the robot should also save automatically. But that is hard to say without seeing the software. you can send me an PM with the software, and see if i can understand your problem.

Did you introduce tool, work object in the program?

It was working fine for a very long time it was something new, but i think the Smb battery was the issue im monitoring after we change the battery it seems to be fine
